- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing has always been fair and come in at under the going rate or somewhere similar. I work alone so I have no overhead. I pass that savings along to my customer and we both feel good about the outcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet them as normal I introduce myself always greeting with a genuine smile and handshake. With any customer I like to explain what I find as I'm assessing the computer and answer any questions they may have. I like to make them feel they are welcomed in their own home while I'm visiting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a Diploma Certificate in Computer Operations in 2009 and currently obtaining my AA Degree in Cyber Security & Networking.
