Thanks to 1HP for installing our concrete pad. We awarded 1HP the project due to the price and quick turnaround time. Due to family emergencies on their end, communication was spotty with a couple of no-shows. We totally understand the circumstances, but would have appreciated some form of contact, as we took time away from work to be available. The crew was not 100% prepared on install day and asked to borrow our tools and run to the store to buy other item(s). The laborers were nice and hit the ground running once the form was set. I was impressed with their speed! The main day-of project manager bounced immediately after we wrote the check. He was supposed to come back, but never did with little explanation about next steps. It was a bit off-putting. Overall, we are 8/10 satisfied with the project.

We had been putting off our project out of concern about cost and complexity. Jay made it so easy! We should have done it earlier. I contacted him Saturday morning for a quote, he came out the same day and the work was completed by Monday afternoon. Absolutely no hassle. The quality and cleanliness of their work is top notch!
