Frank was great. Arrived on time early in Saturday morning and got right to the job of installing a new water heater. Finished up quickly and everything was perfect. Will definitely hire him again for other home improvement jobs!

Frank is punctual and works fast, but overall our project went poorly. He removed a bathtub and shower and replaced them both. The shower did not line up (head over handle over faucet), and the bathtub had to be installed twice because it was not level. The backer board surrounding everything was installed in a haphazard way, and we were left with big holes in the walls. To his credit he came back and fixed everything, but we do worry that something else is not done quite right behind the scenes. I think Frank can be great on demo projects, and nothing too complex. I would also request a drawing/sketch of anything that you have requested him to build. Also, he does not bring a drop cloth to protect from dust, and his cleanup leaves a lot to be desired, so be prepared to help out with that.
