Introduction: I have been teaching cooking classes off and on for more than 30 years. While not professionally trained, the Oregon Food Bank accepted me as a volunteer chef, teaching cooking to community members. I would love to be your personal teacher.
I love, repeat love, to cook. Its an art to me, but its not difficult to learn how to produce wonderful, simple and nutritious meals. More complex techniques are on my "skills menu" also. Its really fun to help others learn how much fun being in the kitchen really can be.
