Introduction: Life challenges can inspire personal growth when the experiences are processed in meaningful ways with objective, caring support. I am a licensed professional counselor and an art therapist. I provide individual, family, and some couples counseling. My approach is to create a supportive environment, based on a warm and dynamic relationship to facilitate awareness, insight, and compassion. My work is to empower you to make positive choices towards finding balance, resolution, and fulfillment. My special interest is in helping women and families throughout life transitions.
