I was contacted by NW Tech Experts after submitting a request on thumbtack for external hard drive repair. Danny replied promptly and with assurance that his tech could take a look at the drive to see if it was recoverable, and I would only be charged (their reasonable prices) if my data was able to be extracted from the corrupted drive. Danny was very accommodating, picking up and dropping off my hardware and keeping in touch about its status, and though the drive was ultimately not repaired, I had a great experience and would do work with them again.

My AC power plug in my laptop needed to be replaced. They picked up my computer from my home and returned it within 24 hours. They were friendly and professional. I would use them again.

Danny from nw tech experts is always who I call when my technology is having issues. He has restored my old previously non working computer to like new with a new hard drive, fixed my printer when I was having issues and I hired him to build a website for my family's business. All of these jobs he did with quick response times, always on time and available for pick up and delivery when was convenient for me. He also put computer virus protection on my computer for free. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what the issues were, how he can fix them and how I can prevent them in the future. He will not charge you for extra nonsense and his prices are more than reasonable. He was very professional as well as kind and easy to work with. I would definitely suggest hiring him for your computer needs and will always hire him for all mine.
