Looking for a counselor or therapist who is right for you can be difficult. You can talk to friends and get recommendations, but your problems may be too personal to even want to talk to friends about it. If you need privacy, the best solution is to use the Internet and interview people over the phone. Any good counselor should be willing to talk to you for 10 or 15 min. at no charge so you can get a sense of their style and approach to your concerns.
