I will utilize state-of-the-art negative HIPAA air filter compressed systems for each return. Please note that if your home has two returns, there will be an additional charge. During the inspection, we will provide any recommendations based on our findings. 🔹 Air Vent Deep Clean Package 6-10 vents: $600 Unlimited vents (excluding the dryer vent): $1000. This comprehensive package covers all cold air return vents in your home. 🔹 Dryer Vent Cleaning - $200 (Up to 15 feet) 🔹 Chimney Cleaning First-story homes: $250 Second-story homes: $350 This pricing includes cleaning one chimney and a vacuum clean of one fireplace. 🔹 AC Coil Cleaning - $230 This price covers the cleaning of one AC coil. Please note that it doesn't include a complete system cleaning.

I was contacted by Nick as I was looking for a junk removal service. He quoted me a price which was significantly higher than the previous company I spoke with, so he told me he would match their price. I even asked him if he was sure, and he said yes. The day of the delivery, he wrote me through Thumbtack 6 minutes after his scheduled arrival time (didn't even bother to call as he originally had done), to let me know he couldn't get the rental van he needed. This should've been squared away before he assured me he would match the price of the other company in order to get my business. Very unprofessional, and I would not recommend his services for junk removal.
