- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on years of experience on how much time and effort it takes to provide the best serivce possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clean A Duct provides a firm quote over the phone for residential customers. We then set up the job. Approimately 1 week prior to the job we send an email confirmation/reminder. If our job is not the first of the day, we provide a 2- hour arrival period and our technicians call when they are on their way. For commercial projects we do an on-site inspection and quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When we first added cleaning ducts to our services we sent our technicians to a training facility in Texas to learn the correct method in cleaning air ducts. They spent two days there and came back prepared to implement what they learned. Since then we update our training according to how industry standards continue to change.
