Ryan was the first bidder, replied immediately, very professional, friendly, asked all the right questions, sent me to a website with examples of his work, we then exchanged phone numbers and we had a great chat about the job. The event isn't for a couple of weeks, but I feel very confident that I hired the right person. So far he's been a pleasure to work with, and I have no doubt that the end result will be beyond satisfactory. Will update my rating after the job is complete, but I have no qualms about saying that I predict it'll be more than excellent.

My husband and I worked with Morgan on our recent vow renewal ceremony and event for our 25th anniversary. Morgan was responsible for coordinating many of the key vendors, helping to establish the timeline, and day of logistics and execution. Without Morgan (and her assistant Amy), we would not have had as an successful event. She helped ensure that leading up to the event, critical planning items were identified and key tasks were on track. On the day of the event she oversaw the set up and made sure vendor tasks were completed. Throughout the day, she made sure that we managed our itinerary effectively and that we remained largely on track. Whatever we asked of Morgan and Amy throughout the day, they were key resources and calming presences to ensure things got done in a manner we desired. Thank you Morgan and Amy for all of your help! This was the best photo booth rental in our prom history! Willamette Wedding had twice as many props as other booths we have used in the past and went the extra mile to have the photo props match our prom theme of "Party with Gatsby"! Ashlee Dunsworth and Meagan Morris are absolutely fantastic. As a bride, I had no worries on my wedding day. I was completely calm and felt like my wedding day was everything that I ever imagined and more. I did not deal with any issues on my day, and I certainly had an incredibly beautiful and fantastic wedding! They had a list of my day and made sure all my vendors were where they needed to be. That made my day easier and stress free! Zach Thomas is such a smooth and flexible D.J. His websites is so easy to manage and is extremely helpful. I was able to choose what songs I wanted on my day for special dances and for the ceremony. He has a list of top songs for special dances, which made picking out my special songs easier. Once the songs were picked, he played all of them at the wedding and kept my guests entertained! They enjoyed all of it and I did as well. I would definitely suggest Apogee Events to anyone wanting to have a smooth and stressless event or wedding!

The price was very reasonable and affordable. Additionally and more importantly, we were able to get a photo booth from the Oregon Photo Booth Rental Company on very short notice, just a few weeks prior to the wedding. Photo booth was set up on time, but there was no one manning the booth for most of the time. It was easy for most guests to operate the equipment and to complete the memory book. However, at other recent weddings I have been to, someone has been available to assist. There were props available, but they were in a drawer in the photo booth. Many guests did not notice these props, and did not use them. A table should have been used to display props so that guests could see them and use them.

Our experience with Rick and Snap Zone Photo Booth was very positive. His prices were very reasonable, he was extremely easy to work with and he was very professional. I wouldn’t even refer to what Significa provides as a “photo booth” It’s so much more! The Magic Mirror was so much fun, was so interactive and was such a hit! It’s like nothing myself or any of my guests have ever seen before. They had a custom touch start screen made for us as well as a custom strip design and backdrop options! We were really able to make it our own to match our wedding. I absolutely LOVED the custom guest book option as well as the option to have copies of all of the pictures printed out for us. The next day we couldn’t get enough of looking at our guestbook and laughing at all the awesome pictures strips, props, messages and at how much our guests were enjoying themselves! We had a line for the photo booth at all times. Collin was also the attendant for the booth at the event and he was very friendly and awesome with our guests, as well as us. We had all been celebrating and needless to say were all a “little” tipsy. He even stepped in to help show our guests how to use the very simple photo book. It was truly the perfect addition to our wedding to make it that much more memorable, unique and fun! Collin, the owner was absolutely amazing to work with! He was on top of every detail and his follow up and follow through was beyond my expectations. Planning a wedding can be difficult with lots of moving pieces and parts, especially if you’re not the most organized person such as myself.. Collin made everything such a smooth process! From the booking to selecting all the custom options, everything was so easy. His communication was awesome and he stayed on top of everything. I also appreciated when we had a vendor meeting at the venue they were able to attend and answer any questions needed. If we ever have another event we will be calling Significa for sure!

      What is in a party bus?

      A party bus can be a fun and safe way to transport a group of people to or from an event. A party bus can be anything from a retrofitted school bus complete with disco lights, to an upscale shuttle service, to a stretch Hummer with a full bar. What is inside a party bus depends on the company you hire and what you are looking for. Many party buses have bars in them, complete with glassware, ice bins and mini fridges. Often party buses have festive lighting like strobe lights, black lights, dimmable lighting and track lighting on the floor. A party bus usually has loudspeakers in the back for en route dancing and may even have a dancing pole in the center. Some states require seat belts in party buses and decree that all passengers must be seated when the vehicles are moving, so there must be a seat for each passenger. To make sure you know what you are paying for, request photos of the inside and outside of the exact vehicle you are hiring. Also make sure you have all fees and details of what is and is not covered in a written contract.

      What is a photo booth rental?

      A party photo booth is a fun, interactive experience where guests can take a series of photos (usually three or four) that are immediately printed out on a strip as a keepsake. When you rent a party photo booth, the company sets up the booth or photo station at your event; a photographer staffs the booth and coaches guests on how to use it throughout the event. Often the photo booth rental company provides props like silly hats, wigs and glasses. There are different types of party photo booth rentals. An open-air booth has a curtain or backdrop that allows more freedom of movement and enables more people to use it at one time. The traditional enclosed photo booths that you may have seen at the mall or the fair tend to cost more to rent, as they are harder to transport and also cost more for the pros to purchase. The national average cost for party photo booth rentals is $400-$500.

      How much does it cost to rent a party bus?

      Party bus prices vary based on the size of party bus you want, the time of day and day of the week you need, and the length of time that you want to rent the bus. The national average price to rent a party bus is $530-$700. Party bus prices can also be affected by where in the country you live. Bigger cities, like New York, have higher fees for insurance, licensing and tolls than a smaller town might, plus a higher cost to do business, so party bus prices will typically be higher than in smaller cities.

      The size and luxury of the party bus you want will affect the price. For example, a 10-passenger vehicle could cost $100 per hour, a 14-passenger vehicle could cost $125 per hour, and a 20-passenger vehicle could cost $150 per hour. Party bus prices will also be dictated by the season or holidays. Rental on New Year’s Eve will be much more expensive than on a Tuesday afternoon in November. Most rental companies have a minimum number of hours you must rent, often starting around four hours. The longer you rent, the higher the price. The distance you travel can also affect cost. For example, a driving tour through wine country can cost more than a bar-hopping party through town — even for the same number of hours — due to the additional fuel required to drive the longer distance. Messy party guests can also increase your party bus price. Broken glass, major spills, or damage to the vehicle’s interior or exterior will all be billed to the customer.       Renting a party photo booth for your next event will get your guests engaged and provide a take-home favor for attendees. The cost to rent a party photo booth will vary depending on the type of booth, the day and time of year, the length of the rental, and any add-ons you select. The national average cost for party photo booth rentals is $400-$500. Here are some examples of average party photo booth rental costs:

For a more refined look, you can purchase three or four yards of a luxe fabric that fits your wedding color theme. Don’t forget to provide props for your guests; the props are half the fun and encourage guests to get playful for the camera. Paint an oversized picture frame gold (don’t forget to take out the glass!) for your guests to hold up. Provide a chalkboard where they can write cute messages to hold in their photo, and colorful items from your costume box: think hats, wigs, funky sunglasses, and sequined accessories.
