- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Pricings are upfront and generally listed on my website, we Try to price everything per Lineal foot and Square foot. And keep ala carte options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key.. I prefer to start converstation on phone and email.. In todays age, sending pictures so get clear understanding of what your looking to accomplish and the work space to ensure it is a good fit between customer and contractor. We do alot of great things but some things may be simply provided by another professional and i will definiately recommend that when i feel necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both myself and business partner our Combat veterans serving our country in Iraq. Graduates on NW uninversities, myself University of Oregon in business. And we continue to educate ourselves in the trade with Construction and Contracting specific education.
