The fence and gates were done with excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Carlos was fast, efficient, respectful, and communicative throughout the entire process. I’ve worked with a wide variety of contractors over the years and Carlos shines brighter than all the rest. I would hire him again, but I know I won’t need to because this fence was built to last.

Carlos was a pleasure to work with. Intelligent, amiable, and flexible concerning the type of fence/gate I wanted--both in terms of appearance and materials used. He kept me appraised throughout the building process, and was upfront with costs, and available options which might fit my budget. The fence and gate look and function great. I recommend Carlos and Rose City Fencing without hesitation. *UPDATE: Subsequent to my original review I had further work done, a series of wood panels extending the length of the side of my yard. I asked Carlos if by chance he could get this done before the rains came; he did some juggling, managing the time crunch by staying late one night and returning the next morning to finish up. Sighting from the street, these panels are straight as a arrow; with solar caps on the posts, the fence looks great: professional in appearance and very aesthetically pleasing. Carlos is personable, welcomes input, and stands by his work. Highly recommended!
