- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Chimney Rescue is a small, family owned chimney repair company. Our prices reflect our quality and craftsmanship. We are also very flexible and will work with you to find a solution that works for your chimney repair and masonry needs. Our experience allows us to offer you the best price and quality for your projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get a request for a free-estimate, we make an appointment with you to do a detailed inspection. We then send you a free quote for the services needed. If you like Chimney Rescue's bid, then we require only 50% deposit at arrival on our first work day. We collect the remainder once we are project is completed and accepted by customer. Customer's 100% satisfaction is our priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our 25 years of experience include work in chimney repair, masonry, stucco, patios, new construction and restoration. We have been providing excellent service and quality work in Oregon and the Portland area for over 25 Years.
