FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Single training sessions can be bought but clients can save a substantial amount of money by buying 10-session or 20-session training packages. Single sessions are $65 per hour, 10-session packages are $60 per hour, and 20-session packages are $55 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially sit down with a new client and we spend at least an hour to an hour and a half discussing their needs and goals, past exercise history, past and current health issues, past injuries and surgeries, sleep, past and current challenges, current nutrition, and emotional challenges if they so desire. This initial consultation is free. If the client decides to proceed with training I will conduct fat caliper measurements, circumference measurements, and a fitness assessment. Again, there is no charge for this. I will then develop a very specific exercise program aimed at addressing their specific needs and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (Certificate No. 1501200469). Master's Degree in Marital and Family Therapy (MFT) which helps me to address the psychological aspects of personal training. Nutrition Certification (PN1) through Precision Nutrition.
