Introduction: I believe in creating a community in support of your goals. I do this by use of a semi-private training model, where you're working on your own specific program but potentially with 1-3 other clients. It takes a support network to create a new lifestyle. Seeing those moments of success; a first pull-up, pushups with no knees, being able to run a block, or walk up a flight of stairs without being winded. We also see this as an extension of public health promotion. We promote healthier living to improve life quality.

Iron Ethos is like my home away from home! It's a wonderful community of folks working to better themselves and the world around them. Jason Morris is an incredible trainer - always positive and inspiring, and full of great ideas to help me progress. I've become stronger, leaner, happier, and healthier since I started working out at Iron Ethos - I would recommend it to anyone of any skill level!

This gym is great. The trainers are super knowledgeable and all of the other gym members are awesome. Everyone is supportive and it has a more of a community feel than most other gyms like la or 24hour fitness. Furthermore, I've accomplished things that I would have never even thought to attempt before. Definitely worth checking out.

This is a special place! Jason is the best and the rest of the trainers are knowledgable and super fun as well. A great group of people who are accepting and fun to be around. I love this place.

I've worked with both Jason and Josh at Iron Ethos, and highly recommend either of them for training. I came to the gym with a specific goal, and Jason helped me reach that goal (early!) and then set a new goal to work towards. The trainers are personally invested in me and my progress, and that makes me keep coming back. The gym is friendly and never overcrowded - a good group of respectful people.
