- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair pricing, some projects can be negotiated subject to cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss as many details as we can upfront so I have clear sense of what the project will cost to complete. Also I do my best to be polite and assure the client their project will turn out wonderful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is my education for most of what I do. I did start off as an apprentice with two different flooring companies.
