Julio was exceptionally responsive and was able to start work on our project the day after we reached out. We were on a tight timeline, so this was appreciated. Even though our project was small, filling a few holes in a wall, repainting, and fixing some chips in a door, Julio was meticulous in his work. He matched our paint for us perfectly and took the time to make sure two coats of paint were put on. He even went the extra mile to add some wood putty to make the door look good as new. Will definitely be using Julio again in the future and would recommend.

Julio did an amazing job updating both our Cedarwood decks. They had been rotting from this Oregon rain and now they are looking even better than before. The finishing satin is gorgeous. He was also able to install new metal and glass ralling which brought the entire look together. We absolutely love the work Julio has done and we hope that we can together again in the near future!

I tried to hire Julio as he gave me a great price and seemed friendly and knowledgeable. But it seemed after the initial estimate he gave me that he didn’t really want to do the job. It seemed as though the first quote he gave me was a “loss leader”, or maybe he got more work after quoting me and no longer wanted my business. After several attempts to work with him, and I finally gave up. He just stopped responding.

Julio did some roofing on my house and it looks great. Him and his team worked fast and efficient. My roof needed some work specially since we the summer is over and it’s going to be just rained from here on out. The work quality is amazing and I am happy with my new roof. I would definitely recommend him for house work and remodeling.
