The banner headline on Peter Fraser's website is “Think Outside the Box”. That is what we wanted our website to reflect. During the initial conversation with Peter, he exhibited this vibe. We expressly wanted an idea that reflected the mood and look of our area. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Because clients have different needs in terms of the scope or content of a project, there's no one-size-fits-all approach. But I give a written estimate after speaking to a potential client, and I have an excellent record of staying on budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?In my experience, an initial phone call or meeting can really help nail down the project scope and marketing needs. Also, email is fine for work process, but for substantial projects I prefer an online project management portal as a 24/7 knowledge base. It really simplifies things.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Oregon State University. I'm highly experienced in web and print design. My specialties include branding, design, writing and illustration. I went independent in 1995.
