Vitaly was responsive when called. He was available the same day. He was able to come early and was able to unclog my overflowing gutter. His price was extremely reasonable. He was efficient and left my property cleaner than it was when he arrived. I highly recommend Excellent Maintenance Co. and will use them again.

I had some siding replaced/repaired along with a few other things on the outside of my house. Vitaly was great! His prices are definitely fair and he always made sure to communicate with me. Not only did he fix the siding, but he painted it as well. It turned out great! He finished the same day. I definitely recommend Excellent Maintenance. I will for sure contact him for future stuff!
