The gentleman was on time and was sensitive to social distancing. He had asked prior arriving if we would prefer a knock on the door or a text on arrival. Given we are seniors and trying to practice self isolation that was much appreciated. Value and professionalism was excellent. I will be using them again for installing a storm door!!

Jacob was the first to respond and did so within minutes of posting the project. He was the only pro who offered to come out for a live estimate and consultation for my gate repair. He was out the next day to take a look and we scheduled the work within a week. Came on time, completed it quickly, did a solid job making sure every detail was right. Very friendly and professional. Will use him again for future projects.

We just purchased our house and then Covid19 happened a week later. We were a bit worried about having workers in our home due to our safety concerns. So, after spending several weeks trying to fix things everything on our own it became apparent that we needed an expert to help us. We found Jake on Thumbtack and we couldn’t be more pleased with his services. Jake used to be in the medical field so he is super conscientious about germs and hygiene. Every time he has come to our house, he has put on a new pair of gloves and a new face mask. This eased our fears 100 fold!
Jake has done an amazing job on projects ranging from plumbing to gutter cleaning. We will be recommending him to all of our friends and we will continue to use him whenever we need a project done at our home.
