- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do require a 50% deposit to secure all bookings. No deposit, no confirmed booking. I also have a travel fee if I am traveling to the client. Price is based on round trip milage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make the client comfortable and at home — asking open ended questions. I like to know the clients hair history, what they’re looking to achieve, and I always, always ask for inspiration photos! I like to be clear about what we CAN achieve and what we CAN NOT achieve in our first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am DevaCurl certified, I have been trained to properly install and remove extensions, I have experience working in fashion shows in NY, LA, and Portland Metro area, I have experience with working with natural hair: feed in braids, crochet braids, design braids, styling, etc.
