Anytime I would ask Alaska to do my hair she would promptly respond & have an opening for me within a few days to a week of when I wanted to get my hair done ! Her professionalism is threw the roof & she’s also a very personal person as well. & most importantly she knows what she is doing. I can’t thank Alaska enough for all the amazing work that she has done for me. 1000% recommend her for any hair needs !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do require a 50% deposit to secure all bookings. No deposit, no confirmed booking. I also have a travel fee if I am traveling to the client. Price is based on round trip milage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make the client comfortable and at home — asking open ended questions. I like to know the clients hair history, what they’re looking to achieve, and I always, always ask for inspiration photos! I like to be clear about what we CAN achieve and what we CAN NOT achieve in our first session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am DevaCurl certified, I have been trained to properly install and remove extensions, I have experience working in fashion shows in NY, LA, and Portland Metro area, I have experience with working with natural hair: feed in braids, crochet braids, design braids, styling, etc.
