- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat-rate pricing so you know what to expect before the job begins. Minimum is $120, so it will be best if you have at least a couple of tasks that need to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please provide me with a list of tasks to be completed, along with as many details and photos as possible. I’ll then reach out to you to either (1) give you a final estimate, (2) ask follow-up questions, or (3) schedule an estimate visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
