These guys were very responsive, which I appreciated because I needed to schedule something fast (within a few days). When I reached out, they responded in just a few short minutes, and every time I reached out to them after that to follow up on plans or ask questions, I never waited longer than maybe 20 minutes. I love that! I reached out on a Friday and they were able to haul my junk on Monday. I think they sensed I was in a rush to get it done and they offered to pick it up earlier, which I also appreciated. They were very flexible, communicative, responsive, and professional. They also gave me what *I* think is a fair deal, and definitely more affordable than some other companies I've reached out to. Will definitely use them again and would recommend. No complaints here!
