FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope, complexity, and time required for the work. I focus on substantial home repairs, installations, improvements, and projects involving multiple tasks. I’m happy to take on a single larger project or several smaller tasks as part of one visit or project. For very small, one-item repairs, I may not always be the best fit. I provide a clear price before starting the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer’s full list of needs and asking for photos when possible. For larger or more detailed projects, I prefer to see the work in person. I then discuss the scope, materials, and options with the customer and provide a clear price before starting. Once we agree on the plan, I complete the work carefully and keep the customer informed if anything unexpected comes up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes primarily from more than 10 years of hands-on construction, home improvement, and repair work. I have worked on residential projects involving drywall, trim, doors, flooring, painting, fixtures, caulking, repairs, installations, and general home maintenance. I continue to expand my skills through hands-on work and learning new products, tools, and installation methods.
