We hired Bill to install tile in our primary walk in shower. Because we were using various colors of green 5inx5in square tiles there was no specific pattern to follow and we left the layout up to him. The outcome exceeded our expectations. Beyond his ability to install tile he had to troubleshoot issues along the way and during the entire process kept us apprised and asked our opinions and thoughts. On top of all of this, Bill was on time, he is an articulate communicator and kept us in the loop about every detail and the challenges that came up. In this day and age there exists a lack of care and customer service. Fortunately for anyone who hires Bill, they will experience these lost values because Bill defines customer service and he truly cares. SUPERLATIVE! Thank you

Bill was such a good find! Hired him to install new trim around a huge window and he did EXACTLY what we asked for. Super responsive, showed up on time, great work and reasonably priced. Definitely planning to use him again for future projects, he’s a true Jack of all trades!
