- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only work a 2 hour minimum. Consultations with assess, and configure a plan to repair/alter only, if time and resources are available I can fix once there. Some projects I will bid with an estimate as I may hire a second hand to assist.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer in person meeting. It’s difficult to gauge the project from a digital space nor can the customer get a feel for who they may be hiring.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
On and off over the years. Working with family and friends and recently under a general contractor to broaden my range.
