We had Nick assemble a Nordicktrack treadmill…he got back to us within an hour and assembled it the following day…only took a little over an hour for him to complete the task! It works great and he even took time to show us how to operate! Would’ve given him 10 stars! Great guy!

He did an excellent job fixing the problem with our sprinkler system, was early showing up, and even went to Lowe’s to get a part needed (I thought I had all the parts but was missing one). I highly recommend him!

Nick was awesome! I sent him a request on Christmas Eve to see if there was a chance he was available to fix one fan, and install a new fan, before my family arrived when a previous hire didn’t show up the day before to do the work. He came out that morning! On time, professional, and considerate in terms of price. Would hire him again for sure!

Nick is exceptional and we will be hiring him again. There’s not much more to say. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $150 for all call-outs unless otherwise specified. Most jobs I bid and charge $75/hours for anything I can't bid.
Service calls are to come out diagnose, estimate a cost to repair and establish some date/times to carry our the fix.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer in person meeting. It’s difficult to gauge the project from a digital space nor can the customer get a feel for who they may be hiring.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
On and off over the years. Working with family and friends and recently under a general contractor to broaden my range.
