I set prices individually for each project, taking into account the scope, complexity, and timeline. I sometimes offer small bonuses or discounts for repeat clients or when combining multiple services. Any extra costs, such as materials, are discussed in advance so the customer knows exactly what they are paying for.

My process with a new customer always starts with discussing the project details: what needs to be done, the timeline, and preferred materials. Next, I confirm the price and clarify all points to avoid any misunderstandings. On-site, I work carefully and efficiently, keeping the customer updated throughout the process until the job is completed on time and to a high standard.

In addition, I have completed specialized courses in safety procedures and tool handling, which enables me to carry out tasks carefully, safely, and to a high standard.
