Ihor is incredibly skilled at his craft and was a pleasure to have in my home to install ceramic wall tiles in my kitchen backsplash. He answered several questions that I had with patience and kindness, and has a very honest and open way about him where you can tell he takes pride in his work. The first contractor I hired to remove a broken microwave oven and install a new one could not complete the job because the new microwave was taller than the old one and the new microwave's mounting bracket overlapped the backsplash tiles. Ihor's colleague, Yuri, came out to the house, and within an hour, perfectly installed the new microwave without having to cut the tiles. He thoroughly cleaned the work area and made sure I was happy with the installation before leaving. I will definitely use this professional team again in the future!

Ihor was amazing. He was on time, and very very responsive: I love that he is from Ukraine and his work ethic was spot on. He came up with a way that made it work and assured me that the work will last. He knew where I was concerned and eased this concerns. In the first minute, unintentionally, he gained my trust. He kept building on it and it just says a lot about who he is as a person. Which I think is number one, and then number two… the work was amazing! I’ll have to see if I can add the finished project. It took one day to assess the situation (10-15 minutes) he would have done it that day but we got started later in the day and the building rules had us having to finish in 15 minutes. He prepped me for the next round of 1.5 hours which he did and then it had to dry so he came the next morning to finish it with the grout. Very much eased my mind and the pain of my tile buckling. Thank you Ihor! I will definitely refer him to all my friends and family.
