He has worked with many different contractors to hone his skills and helped many homeowners, landlords, and small businesses find affordable solutions for their repair and renovation needs.

Ken was able to come out the same day, truely a lifesaver. He showed up on time, was very friendly, there were complications but completely out of our hands. PGE showed up 5-10 minutes after he left and turned the main power back on and Ken offered to come right back to finish and he did. This meant a lot, with snow and freezing temperatures tonightMy wires were a mess but he figured them out and got everything working right, Yay! Thank you Ken!!

Ken arrived on time and ready to work. He removed my 12 year old kitchen faucet in no time with a new faucet. He did a great job and was very fast and professional. He also hung a mirror for me and did it perfect. I felt completely at ease having him in my home and would reach out to him in the future for assistance.

Exceptional. Ken was quick to schedule, is always punctual, and his skill set and the quality of his work are unmatched. He installed a new ceiling fan and outdoor security floodlight cam which involved cutting into the house through to the garage to install a brand new junction box on its own circuit. He also took the time before he left to guide me in how to fix a hot water faucet project I had been struggling with. His work is professional and very clean. He put drop cloths down and cleaned as he worked, at no time during the process could you tell work was being done. Incredible. He goes above and beyond and every detail is tended. Things I would not have thought of myself. I work from home while my husband is at his office. I felt completely comfortable having Ken come and go as he needed for a couple of days, and I trusted our home was safe with him when I had to leave for an appointment. He is kind, grounded and professional. We will be going to him for all of our home needs as long as he is around. Thank you, Ken!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally wanted to specialize in renewable energy and completed a program in college to get started. That involved basic electrical training and solar panel installation.
I then had an opportunity to learn plumbing from a Master Plumber who also had been a General Contractor for a long time.
And I did property maintenance for several years for apartment complexes that basically gave me the opportunity to learn nearly everything else in residential building repair, maintenance, and renovation.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Single property owners, Property Management Companies, Realtors, fellow contractors, restaurant owners, the list goes on. I don't discriminate on race, gender, creed, or sexual orientation as long as no one is trying to change me, we are good.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do some research on what you want done and use a contractor pricing guide to reference.
