We struggled with ice maker problems in our refrigerator for several years. Despite my attempts to defrost it and hiring professional appliance repair companies at least four times, the issue kept recurring and eventually the ice maker stopped working entirely. I was ready to give up and buy a new refrigerator, but decided to try one last repair since replacing the whole fridge wasn’t affordable.
Igor was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly identified the root cause of the problem. He took the time to explain why this issue is common with our brand of refrigerator, which helped me understand what had been going wrong. I’m not sure exactly what he did, but since his visit the ice maker has worked perfectly—no more freezing issues or breakdowns. I’m very satisfied with the service, feel the money was well spent, and would definitely recommend Igor to anyone facing refrigerator or ice maker issues.
