Transparent flat-rate or hourly pricing (no hidden fees). Free on-site estimates. I only charge a deposit for materials on bigger jobs. Discounts for seniors, repeat clients, and multiple tasks booked together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inquiry → quick questions or free on-site visit → fixed quote → deposit only for materials → do the job cleanly → cleanup → final payment after you approve → 1–3 year warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years of daily hands-on experience in all types of handyman work (electrical, plumbing, furniture assembly, tiling, painting). Professional tools and electrical safety certification.
