We started in 1999 at Portland Oregon as a hardwood flooring contractor , in following years extended business operation to Custom Cabinets and Polished Concrete. Floors. We do install sand finish , repair and restoration . All work performed to industry standard, on modern equipment with vacuum attached . We take proud in what we doing and provide 15 structural warranty . Warranty for finish is limited to manufacture warranty ( usually it should stay 20 -25 years in good shape ) average traffic with shoes allowed . Warranty does not cover damages by abuse , defective house framing , water damages , natural color discoloration due to aging process or natural weir . Cabinets : Our cabinets are top quality custom products . We do both Paint grade and Natural wood , including most exotic and rare species and highly figured woods and burls . Wide variations of different finishes and styles. Our cabinets fabricated to last for decades , we provide 20 years structural warranty . Free professional custom design . Our prices are very reasonable and comparable with average market prices . We provide professional custom design and hard number prices by house plan. Free estimates , no hidden fees .

Viktor is a man of his word and does what he say's he's going to do. We verbally agreed on price and start date for our 624 square foot space which took two full days of work. We already purchased MDF laminate from another supplier who ran out on installing it. Viktor matched the correct stain color for molding and worked with the difficult areas of brick, stone and concrete stairwell to fit and adhere the flooring. His worker Gorgan did a beautiful job installing the flooring and worked on the weekend. Viktor and his team are dedicated to doing good work and pleasing the customer.

While Viktor could have made money he chose instead to advise me not to do the job. I had just bought a house with brand new carpet and I had no idea the condition of the old hardwoods beneath. I wanted Viktor to refinish them. There was a hugh risk of pulling up new carpet and finding the floor in very bad condition based on his assessment of what he could see. Many others would have torn the carpet up because once done the homeowner really has no choice but to employ you.... but not Viktor. He advised me to just leave the carpet as is until it is older and needs to be pulled up anyway. Then if the floors look like they are worth refinishing then, to give him a call. Honesty and integrity to the point of turning down work to do what's best for the customer. I was very impressed and know exactly who to call next time I do need the floors of this or my other house refinished.

We weren't sure what level of work the hardwood floors in our new house needed, but Viktor gave us a few options, and actually recommended one of the lower-cost options. We were clueless, and would have been willing to pay much more, luckily he was incredibly honest. We're very satisfied with the work that was completed; our floors look great! Also important to note - Viktor was very easy to communicate with via email, which was important to us as we have very busy schedules and can't always take the time to make a call.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am from Europe. My father and grandfather were woodworkers. Woodworking used to be my hobby from childhood . Than i graduated from University with MS in Chemistry 6 years worked in the field .Moved to the US in 1992 . Stated to do construction . In 1999 opened my own hardwood flooring business , than extended the business operation to Custom Cabinets and custom furniture a few years ago we started to do concrete acid stain .
