- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended NCNM and received my Master's Degree in Nutrition. There I learned the importance of using food as medicine and saw first hand what a big difference eating a whole foods based diet has on your health. Also, I was the cookbook assistant for New York Times Bestseller "Run Fast Eat Slow".
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly women with hormone imbalances, weigh loss goals, food intolerances, and certain medical conditions.
