Heart Light Healings was born from my own journey of coming home to myself with the releasing of trauma, restoring balance, and rediscovering my inner light. I met with Teresa for a past life regression session and it was such a unique and special experience. Teresa's voice is very soothing and I felt very comfortable with her right away. I love the vibe of her healing room, it's so serene! I was super drawn to the beautiful collection of singing bowls, and love that sound healing can be incorporated into the session, too. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process differs a bit with each person I am working with, so the session is alchemized for the individual. Once scheduled through my website, there is paperwork for each type of session, and then depending on the session, we will discuss more in-depth about what your goals are before beginning. If you are at all unsure what type of session would be better suited for you, please set up a consultation and we can talk and see what the best step would be forward should be.
