I have been using 5 Star Cleaning Service for about 2 years now. I run a small B & B out of my home, so it's important that I have someone who can keep it spotless. Liliya and her employees are always cheerful, work around my schedule and go about their cleaning in a professional and efficient manner. Great customer service! Five Star Cleaning Service has been cleaning our house for 2 years, once a week. The owner and her staff do a good job at a great price. They are efficient, very nice and flexible. This company is duly insured but we never had any damage. Once I noticed that a part of our kitchen floor was not clean. I called the owner. She was totally open to my feedback. She proposed to come back and clean. I declined because I already cleaned it myself. But the owner ensured it does not happen again then. So my overall opinion is: Good cleaning, great customer focus, great price! I recommend.
