- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now my pricing is pretty flexible as I'm just getting started and finding new clients. I do a mix of quoting fixed and hourly rates, and take into consideration things like number of rooms, pets in the home, level of grime, and whether you'll be hiring me for a recurring service or a single deep clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to know as much about you and your space as possible. I love seeing before photos to help me get the best possible idea of how long your project will take me and what supplies I'll need. This saves both of us time and allows for virtual consult/zero contact until necessary.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I love specializing with mental health clients and folks with disabilities. I myself have experienced multiple mental health barriers that have kept me from living in a clean space in the past and understand how much my environment and habitat can affect my mood and concentration. A dirty space can be debilitating, and I would love to help make your spaces more accessible to your mind and body!
