I hired Jasmin from Thumbtack to clean my rental property that I was selling from afar. I live in California and the property is in Albany. While I did not realize it until afterwards, she took the job and came from Portland! I think she even had to come twice as the first time my contractors were in there still and it was partially covered. She did an excellent job. Everything was shiny and clean and she got in all the cracks and corners, and got the disgusting carpets vacuumed and ready for the professional carpet cleaner. She was responsive, pleasant to work with and even my realtor was impressed! I felt very taken care of by her and since I was in CA and away from the house, I had no real worries. I am so glad I found her!

They were responsive to my messages, were punctual, and did a pretty good job. They went back and cleaned a few areas that I asked get a second pass. It cost exactly what they quoted and they had the lowest price of all the professionals I contacted. I did have to go over the carpets in one room again because there was so much cat hair stuck in the carpet. I didn't catch this otherwise I would have asked the team to go over this again which they would have so I didn't take a star off for that.

I cannot express how amazing Jasmin’s Residential is. Since Covid,
Working from home, animals and just general stress, anxiety and depression we weren’t able to clean as good as normal. We hired Jasmin for a deep clean btw.
Jasmin came in and made the place look brand new! The carpets were incredibly clean, windows and sliding door are spotless, window seals are immaculate and the sliding door path is good as new.
Our kitchen is sparkling clean, the sink looks brand new, the oven is spotless (even under the burners which most people miss) the fridge looks amazing and smells great, the floor has been scrubbed and mopped and looks like it did when we moved in.
The bathroom is clean, tidy and honestly amazing. The floor looks like a new one.
The bedrooms are vacuumed and organized.
All the baseboards are clean and sparkling. All the cobwebs are gone.
I cannot recommend Jasmin enough. Very adorable and thorough, communication was clear and concise.
We will be rehiring her for standard cleaning monthly.
Run don’t walk to her services.

Jazmin’s team helped me surprise my son and his fiancé with a deep house cleaning while they were on a performance trip for a week. Jazmin’s staff is friendly but focused. We were straightening things as they were cleaning in another room, and they easily worked around and with us. They weren’t able to remove a small stain, that was initially part of a much larger and dirtier stain, in the bathtub. I was impressed that they showed it to me to let me know they couldn’t get it out. When they were almost done they did a quick check and touched up anything that we had scuffed up while straightening. I will most definitely hire them again.

Jazmin did a great job with our move in cleaning! She responded quicky and made room for us on short notice. Very kind and responsive. Price was fair and included baseboards windows and oven. We look forward to using her services again!
