I (Taylor) got my start over 5 years ago, trained by my father-in-law who spent 26+ years perfecting the art of tile and grout restoration. We needed someone to re-grout some tile where the grout was getting thin and reseal 2 showers that had mildew trapped behind the seals. They got back right away and offered a competitive bid, were able to book us on their schedule within two weeks and complete it in a day. Every interaction was friendly and professional, and we felt at ease having them in our home. They thoroughly cleaned the area. They were working on and made it look pretty again. We were impressed at how well they were able to match the grout to the surrounding tile making everything uniform. Bonus, our bathrooms were not left smelling of strong chemicals, but actually smelled really nice. Also, they wore booties or took their shoes off without even being asked each time they arrived. All pricing will vary depending on the shower size, tile type (natural or synthetic ), and repairs needed.
The price we agree on is the price you’ll pay, no add on surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers get a free estimate. Where I will explain the process in detail from A to Z, and answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everything I learned is from my father in law. He is one the best in his company with many of his colleagues coming to him for advice.
