FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects both my experience, quality of work, professionalism, and time dedication required. Most importantly, it includes time spent connecting with you and learning the story behind your piece and the emotions that it ought to evoke. I make it my top priority to bring to life your exact vision and use my skills and talents to create a piece that you will cherish for a lifetime.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a 20 min phone or video consultation so that I can get to know my customers: Why they want this image to be created; Who they are preparing it for; What is the desired style, size, and timeline. After this initial consultation, there is a 72 hour approval period, during which time I determine if your piece is within my scope of ability and schedule. Out of respect for my time and your investment, I do not accept commissions in which I am not fully confident of being able to achieve a client's vision. I want you to love your piece, not like it. My portfolio and reputation reflect this commitment to excellence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was granted an art scholarship out of high school, have received local and congressional achievement awards in visual arts, and my work has been featured in a museum.
