Joseph cleared out our very root-bound rooftop garden. He got in immediate touch for estimate and appointment, was punctual for both estimate and clearing day and finished the job in a timely fashion. He offered suggestions for new plants, and has been proactive for part 2 of our job: planting.

I contacted Joseph through thumbtack - he responded in less than an hour and was at my home less than 2 hours after I sent my email! He made an estimate and did the job right then. He was very clear to ask exactly what I wanted (how many branches I wanted trimmed on our fir tree) and checked with me along the way to make sure he was cutting what I wanted. I am extremely happy with the job he did! Erin
