Joseph was first to contact me on Thumbtack and I am glad for that fact. He was prompt and professional, and within 1 hour of writing my request and 15 minutes of speaking with him on the phone, he was at my house and working! My fiance and I are new tenants in our house and our yard has been long neglected. Joseph took me through what it would take to rehabilitate our yard and worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget. Beyond this, Joseph showed great attention to detail. Because the lawn was so long and it was raining, he had to mow the yard twice. He bagged all our clippings, and took care not to disturb any of the beds. He also weedwhacked around all our trees and used the blower to clean up. What really impressed me about him is how hard he works and how it is obvious he really cares about his customers and what he does. Thanks Joseph!
