FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is highly transparent, and we offer a cost-effective solution for cabinet refinishing. In fact, refinishing your cabinets can often cost 2-3 times less than replacing them. Opting for refinishing is a wise choice as it results in newly finished cabinets that look better and last longer. We advise obtaining at least three estimates from different providers and encourage customers to request a sample of the work before making a purchase. In this case, the quality of the finisher’s work they are providing should be the focus of the comparison. As a standard practice, we always bring a sample cabinet to showcase our finishing work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use automations and systems developed over years of experience to improve communication and streamline scheduling for predictable timelines. I schedule jobs weeks or months in advance to order custom finishes. New customers can fill out a form for a comprehensive estimate within the same day. I offer a free sample cabinet showing and refinishing consultation, but it's not necessary for pricing. I have set prices based on the number of pieces and the project takes 5 days for an average-sized kitchen. I only use Renner Wood Coatings and products I've extensively tested for quality and compatibility with my system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been painting for 8 years and specialize in kitchen cabinet refinishing. I've developed a 5-Day system using the best techniques and coatings. I have a Bachelors and Masters in Business, which helped me create optimized systems for my company. I'm Osha 10 certified, Lead abatement certified, Painting Contractors Association member, and IICRC certified in Water Damage Abatement.
