I moved into a new house. The prior owner had neglected the lawn and backyard. Walt helped me get the property back up to a fair condition and assists with the ongoing maintenance. I have no problem recommending.

Walt, the owner and operator of Sunrise Landscaping, responded immediately to our inquiry. We were reaching out to him from Arizona in regard to our commercial property in Portland. He was professional, polite and understanding of our needs. He surveyed our property and came back quickly with a very acceptable quote. The job was completed and our problem solved much quicker than imagined. During this time he communicated with us to verify our job expectations and went above and beyond, doing extra work such as trimming our rose bushes, which was not part of the original quote, and charging us no more for the job. We received photos documenting before and after pictures, which we found to be an outstanding business practice. This put us at ease that the job more than met our expectations. Since then we have contracted with Sunrise Landscaping to do our monthly maintenance, with very acceptable terms. We want to commend Walt for a job well done and we would highly recommend Sunrise Landscaping for your landscaping needs. We would also like to thank Thumbtack for providing this service. Walt showed up right on time, and got straight to work. He did a great job of getting up a full season's worth of leaves and debris, mowed and trimmed, and left the yard looking great. I won't hesitate to use him again.

Walt is communicative with this responses and the yard looks great. He's responsible with his selection of products and doesn't use any Monsanto products. He's helped us with pruning and weeding our new property and we've arranged for him to come and do regular yard maintenance as well. So far so good!

Absolutely! We are constantly tweaking our systems, the way we accomplish things, and have created a culture of positive change within our company.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a natural progression. I've been a dishwasher, busboy, waiter, cook, Chef, etc., etc. After moving to the Portland area, financial burdens became untenable and I had to make a change in order for our family to survive. In order to fit what I know best. Service.
I started INSIDE OUT Landscape Maintenance Services 6 years ago with a push mower and a small pickup. The only reason we exist still, and have grown in this difficult economic climate is our attention to serving our clients needs.
