Your first session is complimentary. It's intended to be a bit of a "Get to know each other" sessh. Bring any questions you have about me or my coaching practice to the table! During times of Covid, I'm offering a sliding scaler rate of $85-125/hr. (I also offer 2 scholarship slots for low income folx. Please inquire if needed)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First Session: (Gratis) Here to answer any questions you have about coaching. I talk about what coaching is (and isn't!) and my personal coaching style. I'd like to hear about you, your goals and the specific results you are looking for through life coaching. Let's see if we're a good fit! Second Session: We set an agenda together on how we will work together, how often and map out the pathway to your destination so we can get you some real results! Following Sessions: We check in on the previous weeks goal(s). We set a focus for the individual session. We explore where you are at and what's impacting you. We decide what kind of measurable result would be helpful for that session. We determine an action plan for the week!
