- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to work by the hour - this way you only pay for what you need. If the issue is solved in 30 minutes, why pay for more? If you have a budget, let's talk. I will give you a realistic idea of what we can accomplish and stay within your budget. Often times clients can do a lot on their own which can keep the cost down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when starting with a new client is to have a conversation, learn a little about your background, what your goals are, what you hope to get out of our work together. Depending on what we are doing, I may ask you to fill out a basic questionnaire. We also talk about your ideas of budget and time frame.
