What a wonderful customer service! Thomas was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained us the issue very clearly and fixed the garage springs. I am also impressed how responsive the company was; i texted them and they literally got back to me immediately and scheduled a service. A+

One of my garage door springs broke. We then tried to use our opener and that ended up burning out our motor. I called Portland Locksmith and Garage Doors and they sent out, Dominic (sorry about spelling). He was there within the hour. He had various springs sizes and garage door opener models stocked on his van. He was able to replace the springs (1 broken but they replace both because they have the same lifespan) and install a new opener within 2hrs 5yr warranty and all. I even had him rekey a lock we had lost the key too. The best part was the price was fair and I didn’t have to wait more than a day.

Quick to respond, and had a technician at my house within the hour on a Sunday. Fixed my sensor and checked everything over to make sure we didn’t need anything else done. Would recommend and will keep in mind for the future.
