Introduction: I am a licensed massage therapist (since 1999), reiki master teacher, energy healer, and certified Chakradance TM facilitator.
My massage style can be described as an intuitive blend of techniques tailored to each individual, including any or all of the following modalities:
* Swedish
* Deep tissue
* Myofascial release
* Trigger points
* Craniosacral therapy
* Thai
* Energy healing
* Reiki
I can range from very light to very deep, depending on the client's needs. I strongly believe that both the client and LMT work in partnership to create a superior massage experience, both through the client's communication of comfort level, pressure, etc. and the LMT's flexibility and ability to adjust accordingly.
I approach each session with an open mind and a desire to create the best massage experience possible in the present moment.
I am also available to teach Reiki classes and ChakradanceTM classes.

Hyla has helped me through a very long and painful process in figuring out what was wrong with my back. She really listened to my symptoms and did some research to help me figure things out (I was a bit complicated), she took time to help me figure out what muscles were acting up and how I could stretch them. She cares and has a passion for her craft. She was the biggest part of my recovery.

Hyla is an incredible, experienced, and knowledgable massage therapist. Her work is outstanding, and she is incredibly thoughtful in the way she approaches each treatment. Even when it has been quite sometime since I last went in for a massage, Hyla remembers me and the areas in need of extra care. I highly recommend Hyla!
