TLDR: I had a bad experience, but the company did make things right. I would feel comfortable using them again in the future knowing they really stand behind the service they offer and have excellent customer service as well. I was originally really impressed with the service I received, but now that I'm unpacking I'm horrified by how this was handled. I had a bunch of non breakable items packed in garbage bags, and when they arrived they started throwing those bags in large wardrobe boxes. Seemed efficient rather than carry them out by the handful. But as I'm going through them, I'm seeing they didn't just throw the bags in here. So far I've found my very expensive record player, my microwave, a box of very fragile and irreplaceable glassware I had custom made overseas, and my new graphics card that I hadn't installed yet. I pretty much had to buy the very expensive and clearly well used wardrobe boxes they packed things in, which was an additional $100. I was expecting this to cost $500 to $600 dollars to move me out of my 600 sq ft apartment. It cost over $1000. That said, the company did work with me to make things right. I don't know why my move was poorly handled, but it did not sound like any of this was common practice, and I would feel confident using their service again based on my interactions with the company. They very much stand behind the service they offer, and that does make a world of difference.

They took 7 hours to move my 2 bedroom apartment into a house where they only place furnitures and that also with some unpacking help from us as well. But most of the box were left at the garage. Even with 7 hours they couldn't complete placing everything inside the house. It's very disappointing. 7 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment that also where most of the stuff's were already packed. I was said 3-5 hours are enough. Never gonna hire them again. Updated review: But later I decided to give them 4 star because, they contacted me and listed to my complaint and offered me 2 hours of money back. I appreciate their customer support!

Talked to them about a quote, they immediately claimed the job so I didn't get any more quotes. Communication was good until day of the move when I got a text they'd be there in 35 minutes (about on time), called the office an hour later and got what was most likely an AI machine, gal that called me back did not know what she was talking about, they finally showed up. Told them they needed to remove the top of the table to get it out the door and offered to let them use my tools, declined on both points. All in all they did good until time to take the bed apart when the lead spent over 20 minutes trying to take the bed apart using the wrong tools while the other guy was pretty much forced to just stand and watch him as he was told to not take the top off the table although I had told him again that needed to happen. Eventually lead went out to truck to look for different tool and helper asked me about my tools, told him sure. He grabbed the correct tool for the job, returned it where he got it, and lead came back in from truck telling me he needed to speak with me. As he was calling me in to explain he couldn't get bed apart his helper was explaining to him that it was already done. For the third time I told them they would need to take the table apart and this time the lead smirked at me and assured me it was not necessary. After moving the parts of the bed into the truck they came back in, tried to carry the table out at several different angles, then laid it down and took the top off. The work was good, the cost was average, their tip was directly effected by the 30 minutes or so ($65 of my money) that the lead guy wasted by not accepting the offer of the correct tools or the knowledge that the table had to be taken apart. All in all ... I didn't see anything spectacular nor was there anything terrible, just average.
