Rosa Phoenix Art + Coaching

I am an art and meditation teacher, and creativity coach. I teach beginner and intermediate drawing and painting with a focus on mindfulness, self-compassion, and relaxation. I have worked with adults and children ages 12 and up. Most of my students understand the concept of basic sketching immediately, and begin drawing proficiently within 10 minutes after I have demonstrated the basic technique. I bring mindfulness, meditation and creativity coaching into my teaching of art. Students will learn to practice mindfulness and self-compassion and learn techniques to coach themselves through the creative blocks that come up in everyone's art practice. I also offer guided meditations, meditation instruction, and one-to-one creativity coaching (which is life coaching with a focus on the creative life).
