I needed the peeling gables, house Window trim and garage sanded and re-painted, and a feel areas touched up I wanted two coats of paint to be used because the peeling areas were getting full sun and I did not want them to fade again in a year or two. I received two earlier estimates and thought to get a third one before deciding. I found Painting Trends on the site and contacted them for an estimate. Burt came to my house and we went over all the work that I wanted He also brought paint samples with him for me to choose the color. He also wrote everything down The next day I received an estimate by email The price was very reasonable compared to the other two estimates I had received Burt showed up on time and ready to work. His painting skills are very good and he is such a pleasant person to talk to. He also did some window caulking for me and a great job on clean up after the project. He made himself available to come over a few more times because I needed touch ups or other areas painted. His invoices were clear and easy to understand, and his final price was what he quoted me. The painting project was a success and I could not be happier. I will be calling Burt in the future when its time for more paint or to paint the interior of my home.

Burt listened to our needs carefully and gave helpful tips along the way as we were doing some of the work ourselves. Some other painters wanted to do the whole job from prime to finish or not at all, but Burt was willing to take us on and communicated clearly each step of the way. He asked us questions about what we expected and what we could expect based on some of the finishing work we had already done or not done on the various surfaces we were having him paint. He touched up and finished with detail brushes and made sure I was satisfied before he required payment. He knows painting and did a great job on our cabinets, trim, walls and wainscoting.
